The Montgomery County Public Defender Record Sealing Clinic is held twice monthly and provides free record sealing assistance on a first-come, first-serve rolling basis.  Ohio law does not permit certain offenses to be sealed and there are many factors that may affect your eligibility.  After you submit this form, clinic staff will assess your eligibility, and if you are eligible, will provide assistance with filling out the relevant forms.
